Returns & Refunds

Strict Policy

Due to the custom nature of our photobooks, no returns or refunds are applicable for any items once they have been sent to print.

The only exception to this policy is in the case of defective pieces. If your photobook arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., misaligned binding, print errors not present in your design), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a defect, please email photobookfever@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Replacement Timeline for Defective Items

Once your defect report is received, here's what to expect:

  • 1–2 business daysWe review your photos and confirm the manufacturing defect.
  • 5–7 business daysOnce confirmed, we reprint and dispatch a free replacement of your photobook.
  • 5–7 business daysStandard shipping time for the replacement to reach your delivery address.

The replacement is completely free of charge, including shipping. You do not need to return the defective copy unless we specifically request it.
