Strict Policy
Due to the custom nature of our photobooks, no returns or refunds are applicable for any items once they have been sent to print.
The only exception to this policy is in the case of defective pieces. If your photobook arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., misaligned binding, print errors not present in your design), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a defect, please email photobookfever@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
